On January 8th. as agreed upon and by court order, I did get both of my boys back into my custody. This took 4 months, 10 random drug tests, and a mountain of paperwork and pain.
When they gave them back all they wanted to know is when they could have them again and if they could claim them on their tax return. Ha!!
To live in a country where this sort of thing is legal, is commonplace…people taking children away from their mothers or their mothers away from children on a whim, on gossip and say-so alone…it’s preposterous. This has been my crash course in the legal system, and I have to say–I don’t like it. And when I don’t like things, I change them. This girl’s lookin’ at law school.
